The Belen Gualcho was carefully roasted for you by Alma Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was grown 1,700 meters above sea level in the Ocotepeque department of Honduras. Tasting notes of honey, walnut, citrus, and sweet tea make for a vibrant and complex cup.

This was a decent coffee, but the honey was the most readily identifiable note. I also wouldn't want to get this again.

Pretty uninteresting palate, and I find the slightly nutty aftertaste somehow offputting. Would prefer to go in a different direction for future orders.

Yes-some honey and tea-tea predominant but not too sweet. Excellent light roast

I thought this was fine. It was dry and didn’t have the burst of flavor I was expecting. It seemed to be more of a regular breakfast blend than the special cup I was looking for. Not enough flavor/richness payoff for me. The bag is very pretty though.

Great Coffee, Using a Commandante at 26 tick, V60 18g coffee to 300ml @ 97degrees C
Coffee was a bit underwhelming not much oomph but that being said you can taste subtle hints of tea, but no way can I taste honey or walnut. that being said this is a great black coffee sipper. I wouldn't cut it with milk since it will wash out the flavor.

Absolutely loved this coffee. Super smooth with a relatively low amount of acidity.

This roast was surprisingly incredibly acidic. We have enjoyed other roasts from Alma, but this one was by far our least favorite we have received.

Really loved this one, you could smell the walnut tones in it and it just added to the sweetness of the taste.

I liked the honey notes but it was a little too “bright” tasting, would prefer a smoother taste.

Not my preference. When using a pour over (and an appropriate grind), the water doesn't flow through. Also, the flavor notes are just not for me. I didn't have a very good time with this coffee.
