The Organic Brazil Fazenda Cachoeira was carefully roasted for you by Centri Coffee. This Organic certified coffee was sourced from the growing region of Minas Gerais in Brazil and was produced by the Fazenda Cachoeira between 550 - 1,050 meters. We think the cup is rich and full bodied with notes of almond butter, molasses, dark chocolate and complex baking spices.
While not bad, the flavor profile was just too dark chocolatey for me. Prefer citrus / fruit flavors.
Good flavor. Smooth and balanced.
Full bodied, nutty. Not bad.
I prefer light roast Ethiopian coffees with fruity flavors - the spice notes were not working for me at all
too dark tasting. heavy. maybe i like fruity coffees?
Didn’t like the coffee it tasted like dark roast and missing good flavor
This one is okay for us but a little too dark / burnt tasting.
The aromas were great but would not say this is full bodied at all. It was much weaker than expected.- brewed this two ways so far, with aeropress and pour over. Unfortunately seems like a lot of the notes are immediately lost/greatly diminished upon brewing.
Seemed pretty acidic and a touch bitter. Just tasted old and not much better than starbucks.
OK. but nothing I would go back for. Not a true light roast. Disappointed.
This coffee is pretty good. Definitely not as good as the last bag. I think it's a little dark for my taste. Again, it's good, just not amazing. I don't love super citrusy flavor notes, but I think this is actually a little too dark. Thanks!
Tasting notes were right on. This bean is very dry/non oily. I found the flavor a little too subtle.
I'm sorry to say that this coffee suffered for me from being misidentified as Medium-Light. This coffee came across to me as solidly Medium roast -- I could feel it just by grinding it. It's significantly darker than I usually prefer. So unfortunately I'm really not the audience for it, although I think there are others out there who would enjoy it. As for me, I have found it difficult to brew it in a way draws out flavor and sweetness. For me, it was just too roasty. I really think this was an issue of being misidentified as a Medium-Light roast and being sent to the wrong kind of customer.
This coffee is solid, but it left me wanting. First the good parts: no tinny fruit notes, good chocolate and almond notes, velvety, low acid, light bitterness. But, nothing grabs your attention, you have to really sit, sip, and pay sharp attention to the flavor. This coffee is a safe bet for very mild tastes, and those desiring something inoffensive.

A little too dark for my taste.
Too over-roasted for my taste, personally. Been a long time since I had a bag this dark. I selected 'light roast' for my preferences, so this feels out of line with that.
It was a very good coffee. Rich full of flavor.
Not enough acidity and fruit flavors. Too dark a roast and heavier on the more bitter and chocolate flavors.
