I have been quite disappointed with coffee lately, especially Ethiopians. This Columbian made me a believer again. Wonderful on pour over.

Brewed on both Chemex and V60 Pourovers. Bright, forward, fruity favors.

There's some nice, complex flavors in this, but they're not terribly pronounced.

I think a lot of people would enjoy this coffee. I think in the fall or winter I would like it a lot more. Unfortunately this otherwise enjoyable coffee has a pretty distinct wallop of baking spices that dominate the palate.
