This is the Costa Rica Gerardo Arias brought to you by Augies Coffee House. This Yellow Honey processed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Tarrazu in Costa Rica and was produced by Gerardo Arias at 1,300 meters above sea level.
It had a very pleasing aroma. I really enjoyed this coffee overall. My favorite method for it was over a lower to medium heat in my Stella stovetop espresso maker. As a pour over I used a bit more coffee and a finer grind than usual to strengthen the flavor to my preferences.
