The Ethiopia Bukisa was carefully roasted for you by Coava Coffee Roasters. Processed by the Bukisa Washing Station in the Yirgacheffe region at 1,800 - 2,00 meters, this fully washed coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Ethiopia. This coffee is delicate yet juicy with citrus notes of Meyer lemon, cane sugar sweetness and hints of pineapple juice.
One of the least flavorful coffees I've gotten in the past couple of years. Not sure if it's due to over roasting or some other reason but I really don't taste much. I've also tried different grind sizes, water temps, etc...., and had no luck.
I really like this one. Very nice citrus and tropical notes but with a hint of chocolate as well.
