This is the Ethiopia Chelba Natural brought to you by Cat & Cloud Coffee. Grown by the small holder producers in the Yirgacheffe region at 1,700 - 2,000 meters, this naturally processed coffee is a perfect example of why we love coffees from Ethiopia. This coffee is lighter in body and is particularly juicy with notes of blueberry, port wine and semi-sweet chocolate.

Very pleasant, easy drinking natural processed Ethiopian coffee! The blueberry notes are there, but more subtle, and are well-balanced by a milk chocolate sweetness.
No longer interested in this roaster.
Really enjoyed this coffee, the blueberry really popped. Liked it in my Kalita more than the V60, really complimented the body and fullness of the coffee.

Right now probably a 4.5 when made with a kalita, 3.5 off of an aeropress. Full flavors appear when made by Kalita with the chocolate and blueberry/fruit flavor combining well.
Fully of berry aroma, juicy, acidic. Didn't quite get the chocolate smell but that should depend on the way I brew. A slight bitter flavor.

42g water and wait 25 seconds.
Add water to 210g and let it drain
Add water again to 330g and serve.
An excellent coffee for those seeking pungent fruit scents and dark chocolate flavors. Also a very forgiving brew.
Just “ok.” Not really picking up the described tasting notes and not one of the better Yirgacheffes I’ve had.
Great solid coffee. Felt well balanced, but not as exceptional as a lot of Cat and Cloud's I've had.
Nice and light. Took a tiny bit of grind adjustment to figure it out but the lower range for brew method created beautiful flavors.
Wonderful flavor! Loved the smooth taste...Perfect combination of fruit and chocolate. Prefer this coffee blend over the first.
A little too much acidity on first sip, but once it cools off a little the fruity flavors become more evident.
This coffee didn't have a lot to offer flavor-wise. It had almost a burnt flavor to it. Not bad, but not great.

This was a very balanced cup of coffee. It had strong cherry and chocolate notes. I tend to find yirgacheffe’s to be a little over-powering but this finished incredibly smooth and was quite enjoyable.

Wow! This ties Onyx's Bensa Shantawene Natural for our favorite natural Ethiopian. Beans have strong blackberry jam scent. Coffee is lighter, versus some more syrupy natural Ethiopias. Super clean finish with lingering balanced sweetness and tartness.
Nicely prevalent notes of berry - enjoyed making this cup in my new Chemex.
Well roasted with excellent fruity notes.
Nicely balanced. Could be a bit lighter on the flavor profile but this is a perfect bag for the rainy fall.
