This is the El Salvador Manzano Natural brought to you by Topeca Coffee Roasters. This natural processed coffee was grown by Emilio Lopez Diaz in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador between 1,300 and 1,550 meters above sea level.
So fresh, so much flavor. My fiance usually drinks coffee with sugar but she didn't want any with this brew. Naturally sweet flavors made for a delicious cup of black coffee for me. Grinded Beans with electric grinder to a course consistency and brewed using a french press.
We LOVED this coffee!
Really nice south american natural with fruity notes and some almondy, peppery tones in the beginning and in the aroma of the brew
