The Ethiopia Worka was carefully roasted for you by Cat & Cloud Coffee. This fully washed coffee was sourced from the growing region of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia and was processed at the Wuri Washing Station between 2,000 - 2,100 meters. The cup has a fragrant floral aroma of jasmine with a lively acidity of Meyer lemon and peach.
While fruity and all, the flavor isn't particularly punching and strong. It feels mildly muted and quiet.
Really enjoyed it, but my wife did not.
A bit too delicate for me to really love it, but still really good and smelled awesome.
WOW! This coffee deserves every star I gave it (5). We have 9 people in our coffee club, and 8 have written back to me saying they loved it. (the other guy is out traveling, otherwise he'd likely love it, too). These beans had a nice nose, and finish to the sip. I'm not the best to describe "flavors", but I will say it had a complex taste that we all were looking to get out of this subscription with you. No pressure on the next bag you pick, but Worka was certainly a great start.

Not bad coffee, it took a while messing with the temp and grind to get it spot on, but once I got the coffee dialed in it was pretty good. I'm just not sure it is my thing, but I'm trying another one from Cat & Cloud soon.
Great roast level. It had a good bit of floral and fruitiness on the front end. It has a really good body as well.
