Best coffee yet - really excellent.

Not too fond of the taste, a bit woody maybe. For some reason I can't get it to behave properly at all in an espresso, either; no matter how finely I grind the shot pulls far, far too quickly.

Nice columbian roast. Subtle fruit notes, great with a little cream and sugar.

Prepared with a V60 this is a well balanced coffee with notes of chocolate and over-ripe apple. A great brew for my light body fancied preference.

Super pleasant, easy drinking coffee. This has a nice subtle nuttiness to it that neither gets too hidden nor overpowers the coffee. I found it to be pretty full bodied and easy to brew.
