This is the Flyway Organic Blend brought to you by Wonderstate Coffee. Balanced & clean with mellow stone-fruit sweetness and a butterscotch finish, Flyway is not one to be boxed in. Named for the flight paths of migratory birds, this coffee is one we flock to for a fresh take on espresso or an elevated daily cup.
Very aromatic. Great bright cup. Good balance of rich and fruity.
Great flavor and aroma
First cup was more like 3 out of 5, but following cups really improved and were 4 out of 5.
One of my favorite bags of coffee I've had
Solid, but not outstanding. Very easy to drink, but darker than ideal for me. I didn't really get much fruit, but it was definitely enjoyable. Brewing as espresso.
Just a really solid coffee - I would describe it as vibrant! Not super fruity, but has lovely caramel, citrus, tastes clean and fresh.
I would consider this a good, easy drinking cup. I don't think I am particularly good at identifying specific tasting notes, but this right there in my comfort zone of what I would like in a daily coffee.
Aroma was amazing. Oak after taste that turned bitter at the end.
Didn’t love the cherry. I think the citrus saved it for me.
It's good, I like it. I don't think I have a developed enough taste yet to pick out the flavor profile notes but it's bright. Not too acidic, with a good balance. I would drink it again.

Just not a fan of medium or dark roasts.
This is bright & delightful! It has a lot of depth for a medium roast - quite good. Loved it!
The flavor is hard to pinpoint, which makes sense since its a blend. The roast is a bit darker than I think it needs to be. Overall this coffee smells wonderful and definitely warms up a space. It is pleasant to drink and a little milk goes a long way.
Nice cup of coffee. Not sure I get the citrus flavor, but enjoyable to drink. Once tweaking my grind size I was really enjoying this coffee.
Refreshing and light
My favorite so far! I absolutely love this blend!
Mistobox is dumping this coffee on me any time I forget to set my brew queue, even though it is the opposite of my taste profile.
Are they doing this to everyone or just me?
Didn't really get citrus out of this one, but overall a nice blend.
Good not bad
Didn't like this too much. Bit too heavy and roasted for my taste. I really want very bright cups of coffee.
smoothly blended flavor and very balanced.
Also a great coffee nothing too crazy going on with it which I like and isn’t too out of the box but enough to be a good change for me on my everyday coffee ventures.
Extremely balanced and clean, with slight fruity notes and minimal acidity. Tastes more like a light roast despite being a medium. Brewed with Breville precision brewer.
Did not like this one
Very smooth and full of flavor
I thought this was kind of under-roasted and had a grassy texture. Making a chemex I almost had a stuck sparge!
Excellent!! Chocolate notes with hints of hazelnut.
Definitely excels as an espresso compared to pour over, though took a little to dial in. A nice sweet and stone fruit espresso
I typically prefer single-origin over blends, but this is a really tasty coffee! I enjoy the flavor a lot, and it isn't too light. Tastes great with cream too.
One of the best so far, we used it for coldbrew and it turned out so well!
