Probably my favorite of the coffees I’ve had shipped to me so far. There is a pleasant scent of caramel/honey/(insert product made of sugar + heat here). When brewed as espresso, it comes out pretty rich with nutty/chocolate notes and some pleasant brightness. When brewed via immersion more fruit comes out (I got a lot of orange).
I think I would like it a bit more if it was a hair lighter but definitely the right area.

I would call it more of a light medium roast - doubt a typical light roast person would like this. No real floral or fruity notes (which I prefer). Maybe that’s just the nature of what most coffee drinkers have some to expect buy maybe we shouldn’t

I'm continuing to enjoy this medium body light roast. It is consistent cup to cup, even over time. (Feb to June) I'm not getting the sour taste some coffees get.

Seemed to be a solid medium roast, bag says light roast but sure seems for medium to medium but maybe it just lacks the normal fruity light roast things light roast people tend to like

Best coffee I've had in awhile. Seemed like more of a medium roast than a medium-light roast.
Brewed in the Ratio 8 coffee maker. 55g beans, medium grind (24/40 - Baratza Encore). 1.2L of water.

In order for me to taste all the flavor notes (esp. cane sugar sweetness), I modified my pour over method (I use a Beehouse dripper). I used a measured pulsed pour, as if I was using Hario V60, say. It definitely helped to bring out all the flavor notes (chocolate, cane sugar, lemon) and created a longer finish.

I didn't like this one too much. Not sure if it was too light for me. I just didn't like it to drink black. I really only liked this one if I added milk and sweetener to it. Maybe I like more acidity? If I was looking at this, I like the notes it has just not the coffee.

Nice aroma, somewhat mild in taste but can definitely smell and taste the hazelnut. Lighter end of the medium roast, low acid. Enjoyable both hot & cold.
