Excellent second bag was not as good as the first

once dialed in you could taste the chocolate and cherry but less on the caramel. Not very exciting but overall ok flavor

So smooth and tasted so nice as an espresso! I didn’t get much of the sweet cherry notes but the caramel and chocolate came through really well.

This maybe a comment more for Mistobox but the order was for fresh beans. Roast date 12/11 and I received 12/16 or really 12/17 by the time I used them, that is about 50% of the suggested use time. Not exactly happy about this. Otherwise, taste the chocolate and cherry, nice, enjoying the shots.

I like the string (thick) flavor. It doesn't taste too sour or bitter. It nicely fits my espresso machine.
