The Organic Ethiopia Yetatebe was carefully roasted for you by Sightglass Coffee. This Fully Washed coffee was grown between 1,900 and 2,200 meters above sea level in the Guji region of Ethiopia. Notes of bergamot, jasmine, and melon.

Mild, light bodied. Chocolate flavor while in the mouth. A hint of sweetness on the aftertaste. Nothing terribly exciting though.

Just can’t coax enough flavor out for my tastes. Delicate is really the best descriptor. The flavor that is there is quite nice though. Reminds me a little of a lightly roasted genmaicha.
