This coffee will be fresh roasted for you. We expect Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters will roast and ship this coffee in 1-2 business days depending on their roasting schedule.
This is the Organic Schweitzer Mountain Blend brought to you by Evans Brothers Coffee Roasters. Organic and Fair Trade certified coffees from Central and South America were carefully chosen and blended together to create a smooth, full bodied cup with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and baking spices.
This was super nice and balanced. Used this for both drip and espresso. Made this in V60 and it came out just as the description explained it, made this as espresso and it had a very nice full bodied chocolate taste that was thick on the pallet, yet still had spice and acidity.
This one was really a miss. Beans were cracked and inconsistent. Taste was sour and bitter, not a fan. Felt like a bad bag.
Delicious! It was smooth, sweet, nutty and chocolatey!
It was just ok. The coffee erred on the acidic side. I did not find this to be full bodied.
The coffee in the bag was noticeably a mix of two different roasts, which meant that every brew was inconsistent. Some had better flavor profiles than others but it was essentially random from day to day.
I judge a coffee based on if I can drink it black with nothing added, not even sugar. This one passed the test! I normally make my coffee in a v60 and it tasted great! The flavor was good and not bitter. I felt like I could actually taste the chocolate notes and that’s usually hard for me to do. I didn’t have to add anything to it (which is usually just a sprinkle of sugar). Great coffee!
Gross. Tasted like it was run over by a truck.
It was a lacking a bit of taste, I didn't find many notes on it.
Too thin, very subtle and sweet
very flavorful. nice notes of cocoa & brown sugar
Didn't love this coffee, it's not as strong as i'd like it and the notes of chocolate are for me, too predominate.
However, it's excellent for a cold-brew because the longer it steeps the notes of spices are pulled out of the grounds. But for a pour over or french press, it's just falls flat for me.
This one was only ok. Could have used either more chocolate vibes or more baking spice notes. Felt only ok on all three flavor notes
Love this coffee.... chocolate undertones.... YUM
Little too tangy.
One of the best - I'd gladly take another bag!
Great, smooth flavor. Perfect blend of medium and dark roasts but you can taste them both - so interesting!
Really enjoyed this in the mornings with my v60. The chocolate notes are definitely noticeable and a nice smooth coffee for my taste.
It was ok, but I didn't really like the "crisp toast" (mistobox called it roasted nuts) smell & flavor.i liked it best as a cappuccino rather than the aeropress
Good aeropress experience. Caramel ,smooth with a pleasant linger as it says goodbye to the mouth.
Really great coffee! Would love to do this one again some time.
This was awesome !! I loved the full flavor with out over roasting. I'm nutty about this nutty coffee!!
Enjoyed this coffee, good deep flavors.
decent but not my favorite coffee
More dry and light colored than i prefer.
I was looking forward to this roast, which made it all that more disappointing when we brewed it. Flavor notes were flat, rough, and unidimensional; reminded me of stale mixed nuts. For better or worse, the beans were fairly insensitive to the extraction technique: Flavor notes were stable between a Chemex, Kalita, and French press. I don't recommend this roast.
I love it. Caramel taste and no bitter aftertaste. Excellent coffee.
good flavor, prefer darker
Very bad, I could not drink this coffee. I threw it away. It was sooo weak that it was like drinking hot water.
A little too smokey/bitter for my taste.
Nice but too lite, and tasted too much like "coffee" for our taste.
Like the Big Timber blend more - more full bodied and dark than the siberia blend. Siberia was a bit lighter.
I like it
Good, but not great. A bit too sweet on the finish, which was clean and quick.
We liked the first one more. While we enjoyed this one, it wasn't as strong as we would've liked.

This is a very flavorful, bold coffee. It is VERY smooth and has an incredibly vibrant taste.
This is a pretty good if you are looking for something different than your typical colombia/guatemala breakfast coffee. As far as taste, it's a solid middle of the road round/full coffee. I never know about supposed coffee notes but maybe dark/bakers chocolate because of the dryness or slight bitterness. As for roast level, it's more on the dark side, but not french roast levels. I doubt it would wow or offend most people, but I'm overall not a huge fan as I'm looking for something a little more unique in the morning.
Should mention - this is one of those unusual coffees which have that HUGE coffee breath hang time in your mouth. The flavor is pretty good...for awhile, then I recommend running for a toothbrush haha
Not overly strong in flavor and a bit too acidic
Best coffee I've ever had! So smooth and the flavor is outstanding.
boring, no character
I've thoroughly enjoyed this blend! The flavor is distinctive and the varied notes (especially the chocolate) have really come through. Thanks for a great coffee!
I enjoy this blend. It is full yet not as deep as my first coffee.
TERRIBLE!!! WHY would you ever combine two different roasts together.... LAZY!
I really liked this one! :)
Strong bold coffee. I brewed it a bit too strong. A little goes a long way. Definitely smoky and heavy on the chocolate. Surprising taste textures.
A nice clean brew. Nutty, but in the mild range, thinking almonds, not Brazil nuts. Interesting appearance given light/medium roast mixed with dark. Very aromatic without being overwhelming. A solid cup that I would expect from a craft local coffee shop. Velo has been my favorite so far, nonetheless.
Absolutely love, best blend I've ever tried!!!
I find the Siberia Blebd to have a bitter edge to it, which I dislike. I use the beans fresh in the morning by finely grinding them straight from the sealed fresh packaging and making espresso. No bueno for me!

Love this one, very smooth and rich, not too acidic!
This was an excellent coffee. I appreciate that our curator chose a roast that put me out of my comfort zone a bit with a slight hint of acidity. It was all around a great roast.
A bit on the bitter side if you drink it black (actual bitterness as opposed to strong or full bodied) but it's great with a splash of cream and sugar and evens out nicely.
This was not at all a dark roast. It was flat and not very flavorful. Generally, I am not a fan of blended coffees as they seldom deliver on flavor and richness. This one was particularly bland and uninteresting. I would not at all recommend it and may not even use what is left because it is such a poor coffee.
This coffee was ok but not exceptional. In fact I'd rather have Costco's Kirkland blend. The coffee was just too bland, not much heft to it. Definite pass.
It's too light for me. It's not necessarily bad...but it's not something I enjoy. I like darker, stronger, more intense flavors. Cool packaging, though! Would be a lot cooler if dude was on a snowboard. ;)
Loved it! great choice by you guys.

This blend is lighter than we normally brew. Reminds us of a "breakfast blend" and we enjoyed it more with a flavored syrup and milk. For us, it did not strongly reflect it's description of intense notes of chocolate. Not a bad cup but also not necessarily memorable.

I didn't think I would like this one due to the "smokey" description but I LOVE it!! Better than the first. Smelled so buttery chocolate when grinding and was smoother than the first to drink. Good job!!!!!
It was not very strong tasting and I had to mix it with a French Roast Starbucks to give it more flavor
Intense but smooth and no bitterness, enjoyed very much
Seemed acidic. Not particularly rich tasting. Too smoky.
I like this one MUCH better than the others that I've been sent. It's still missing the 'kick'. I'd like it to be even stronger with less of an aftertaste.
Loved the sweetness to this roast while maintaining a sharp edge
Not a really dark coffee, so I have to use a lot more to make a good cup, but still good
