Dark, a really coffee tasting coffee, heavy mouthfeel (which I really like). Not acidic.

This one was difficult to tell: I might have been having idiosyncratic issues: I had to grind this ridiculously fine (four notches more than usual) to get it to brew correctly, and never did before the bag was used up. Strange. I always got an under extracted pull. With a new bag of something else, the shots went quickly back to normal which would indicate it was the beans, not the barista. Would not risk again.

I really like this coffee. I am a huge fan of chocolate and almond, and you can definitely pick up both. It's a smooth and warm cup of coffee. Add a little cream and it's great! Low acidity, deep flavor, great.
