The Slumber Decaf was roasted for you by Alma Coffee. This coffee was produced by Selva Negra at 1,400 meters above sea level in Nicaragua. It was wet-processed before being decaffeinated using the Mountain Water decaffeination method.

Typically I don't like a citrus profile, but the brightness of the flavor is balanced with rich chocolate. Delicious!

Supposed to be a medium roast, but was really medium dark. Too oily and harsh for my taste.
