This Semi-washed, Wet-hulled coffee was grown between 1,200 - 1,700 meters above sea level in Lintong, Tapanuli on the island of Sumatra in Indonesia. It's savory, herbal, and earthy just as you'd expect from a wet-hulled coffee from Sumatra.

Family likes it; a bit too acidic for me. Would pair really well with a brownie. Smells really good, too. Brewed flat bottom drip.

A very standard, middle of the road coffee. Almost utilitarian in its approach, it's the perfect coffee for a rushed morning. No need to overthink the morning routine, these beans do the trick. I found that this coffee has a particularly earthy and grounded approach. What it lacks in surprise or novelty, it makes up in its consistency for a good cup of coffee. I would not order this again, but I am glad to have tried this specific roastery.

Wow, this is really good! The savoriness is really compelling and keeps me wanting another sip. It's almost explosive in the mouth: intensely savory, then a moment of balanced acidity concluded by a clean dark chocolate finished as if I just took a bite of a dark chocolate bar!

I loved this coffee! The clean finish was delightful. It really was savory with a nice chocolaty taste. I really enjoy earthy coffees and this one was creamy and I would totally get it again.
